The Board of Directors comprises of the following eminent persons:

Mr. F. M. O. Osifo

Mr. F. M. O. Osifo is the Founder and Chairman of the board. Mr. Osifo spent 25 years of his over 30 years working career with UAC of Nigeria Plc, until his voluntary retirement in December 1986, in the office equipment business of the concern to start is pet dream, Osiquip Nigeria Limited in 1987. He has served on the Board of Bendel Insurance Company Plc 1987-90, and he is a Director of several Companies.

Mr. Eliab Oluwafemi-Israel

Mr. Eliab Oluwafemi-Israel is the New Managing Director of our company. He hold Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Sunderland UK, after obtaining a B.SC (Hons). Following his graduation, he worked with various companies including PMI DIRECT where he was the Group Head, Client Services before he moved to Hewlett Packard EMEA (WA) where he worked as Assistant Marketing Manager and later as Executive Assistant to Country Manager. He was the Managing Director, System Derivatives Nigeria Limited before joining Osiquip Nigeria Limited as the Managing Director.

Mr. E. N. Osifo, MNIM

Mr. Emma N. Osifo, while in the USA worked in various firms in Office Automation, Real Estate and Financial Services. He was the Marketing Consultant for Charterland Company Irvine, California from 1998 – 2000. Business Development Consultant for Konica Business Technologies Irvine, California from 2000 – 2001 and the Agency Manager for Affiliated Mortgage Protection Insurance Company the last position he held before joining the Osiquip board. He is a member of the National Association of African-American Sales Professionals (MNASP) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).

Senator Mohammed Sanusi Daggash

Senator Daggash, held several lots of educational achievements and awards both home and abroad. He was one time past Director of Mass Consult Nigeria Limited, Director, Matrix- Chad Limited Kaduna, Director Guinea Insurance from 2003-2007.

Senator Daggash, also have held various political appointments and served the nation in various capacities. He was senate committee member on population and ID card, senate committee member FCT.

He was also one Hon. Ministry/Deputy Chairman national Planning commission, federal republic of Nigeria, Member federal executive council, Vice chairman; join planning board (JPB).

Senator Daggash holds M.Sc Architecture, M.Sc, Development economics United Kingdom, B.Sc Architecture Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is happily married with children and currently the Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, before joining the board of Osiquip in August, 2009.

Mr. Akeni H. Akporobaro, M.Sc & B.Sc Hons.

Mr. Akeni Henry Akporobaro holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Maiduguri after obtaining B.Sc in banking & Finance from university of Port Harcourt. Following his graduation, he worked in various financial organizations, where he held various managerial positions. He was Financial Controller for GT Bank Plc, Head Financial performance Management (UBA), Financial Controller Standard Trust Bank Plc.He is currently the chief Finance Officer (CFO) for PHB Asset Management Ltd. He Joined Osiquip Board in August, 2009. He is happily married with children.

Chief Lugard Ehimatie Aimiuwu, OON, FNIMN, CNIM, FNIM, FCIPM, FIOR.

Chief Lugard Ehimatie Aimiuwu is an internationally renowned Transformation Strategist and Planner and a Boardroom veteran for over two decades. He has been Chairman, Research International MT, Chairman, Admiral Insurance, Chairman Insurance Directors Association, Chairman Soap and Detergent Group, Manufacturers Association etc.

Chief Aimiuwu (LEA) is the pioneer president and Chairman of Council of the unified, Chartered National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria where he is currently leading some fundamental reformulation and transformation of the institute. He is a former President of the Nigerian Institute of Management where, as the first post-chartered President and Chairman of Governing Council, Chief Aimiuwu led the strategic transformation and repositioning of the Institute.

Chief Aimiuwu graduated in Business Administration from the University of Lagos where he is Emeritus President UNILAG Alumni Association and Chairman Transformation Committee, UNILAG Faculty of Business Administration. He is a Senior Traditional Chief of Benin Kingdom and a holder of the National Honour of OON.
