Mr. F. M. O. Osifo has demonstrable track record of performance at the highest managerial level and worked with UAC Nigeria Plc for 30 years – 1956-1986 in various facets of the Company’s business, and was a top Management Staff for 24 years before retiring voluntarily in December 1986. He held several senior management positions, including General Manager BEAM 1975-1980, Executive Director UACN Plc 1979-1986, Managing Director Vono Products Plc 1984-1986. Mr. Osifo is the prime person behind the establishment of our Company. |

Mr. Emma N. Osifo holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Economics and various Post Graduate certificates from both home and abroad. He served with WTN Agbara from 1988 to 1989 after which he joined Osiquip as a Marketing Assistant in 1989. He rose from Marketing Assistant position to become the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Development Manager and eventually the National Sales/Marketing Manager in 1995 a position he held before traveling to the USA in 1997.
While in the USA, he worked in various firms in office automation, real estate and financial services. He was the Marketing Consultant for Charterland Company Irvine, California from 1998 – 2000. Business Development Consultant for Konica Business Technologies Irvine, California from 2000 – 2001 and the Agency Manager for Affiliated Mortgage Protection Insurance Company the last position he held before joining the Osiquip board. He is a member of the National Association of African-American Sales Professionals (MNASP) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). He is currently the Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of the company. |

| Mr Adedayo Sokan holds an MBA degree in Business Administration after obtaining a Bsc. Honours degree in Applied Physics (Electronics). He also obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration (PGD P.A). Following his graduation and Youth Service, he worked with various Companies including Xerox H. S (Nig) Ltd. as Service Engineer and was the General Manager Systems Tech Toner Cartridge Re-manufacturers Ltd. before joining Osiquip Business Aids Ltd. as the Head, Business Development and Marketing in April 2004. |

| Mr. Dawari Bestman holds a BSc (Hons) Econmics from the University of Port Harcourt. He has attended several professional and strategic courses in Management. Mr. Bestman started his career with UAC of Nigeria Plc as the Assistant Store Keeper and rose to the position of Senior Store Keeper. He joined Osiquip in 1988 as the Accounts Assistant. Mr. Bestman now holds the position of Head Finance, Admin & Personnel. |

| Supporting Osiquip’s Business Development & Marketing Team is a dynamic Team Leader, Mrs. Mylah Osifo. With years of experience in providing support services to the highest ranking Top Executives in the United States, Mrs. Osifo brings invaluable experience and has proven to be a most welcome addition to the Osiquip Team. With a Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix in the United States, Mrs. Osifo has worked at various levels with companies such as Western Union Commercial Services and Tenet Health System. The last position she held before joining the Osiquip Team was with General Electric (GE) in Southern California. We welcome Mrs. Osifo to Nigeria and to the Osiquip Team. |

| Mr. Federick O. Imite holds a Diploma in Sales/Marketing. He joined Osiquip in 1988 as a Sales Representative. He has contributed immensely to the growth of the Company, and is currently the Senior Product Specialist Manager, Office Automation Products. |

| Mr. James Ngwokor holds a B.A. in Sociology from Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas. Mr. Ngwokor has also attended several professional courses and is an Associate Member of the National Institute of Management and Nigerian Marketing Association. He has various work experience both in the U.S.A. and Nigeria. He joined Osiquip as a pioneer member as is currently the Logistics Manager. |
